Legget & Platt Return Policy

We do not accept any returns on the adjustable bases once they leave our facility. The only exception to this is if the base is unable to operate and we have sent a tech from our warranty team to try and get it to function and they are unsuccessful. We have a warranty team that will troubleshoot over the phone and if they cannot resolve the issue, a service tech would be synced with the purchaser to address the malfunction.
