Return & Refund Policy

Orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you will be responsible for return shipping charges. Products accepted for return will be subject to a 15% handling/restocking charge. All transportation charges must be prepaid.

For orders being returned for exchange in color, size, etc. the restocking fee will be reduced to 10%. Custom-made goods are not subject to return under any circumstances. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that was used when your order was placed.

A Returned Merchandise authorization Number (R.M.A) must be obtained prior to returning shipment. No return of any kind will be approved after fourteen (14) calendar days from the invoice date. Items must be return shipped, freight paid, within 30 days shipped.

Return authorization number must be marked on the outside of the box and shipped to the address which will be provided. All freight charges including the 1st way from supplier’s warehouse to the customer will not be credited or refunded.

Order Confirmation:

When you place your Bariatric Wheelchair order, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. Thereafter, we reach out to our suppliers to confirm the availability of your order for immediate shipment to your door. 

If your Bariatric Wheelchair is on backorder, we will void the order and inform you of that. If your items will become available within (5) business days, we will process the charges and submit your order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your Bariatric Wheelchair order is in stock, we will process the charges to your credit card. Your Bariatric Wheelchair order will be shipped within five business days of the date of your order.  We will email tracking information to the email address provided at checkout within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. If tracking information is not received within six business days of placing your order, contact us at help@wheelchairsoasis.com
