The Shoprider XL3 Enduro 3PLUS Heavy Duty Scooter 778XLSBN designed for heavy duty 500 lb. weight capacity. It has a delta style tiller which houses the controls for the lighting system, turn signals, wig wag and horn. This Shoprider XL3 Enduro 3PLUS Heavy Duty Scooter 778XLSBN has a dual purpose wig wag which allows the user to push forward or pull back on the drive lever depending on dexterity for ease of driving. The unit comes standard with a 20in. seat that can accommodate most riders, and has swivel and recline features for added comfort and ease of use.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. This means that we received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Thereafter, we reach out to our suppliers to confirm the availability of your order for immediate shipment to your door.   

If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and inform you of that. If your items will become available within (5) business days, we will process the charges and submit your order for shipment. If it takes any longer, we will inform you via email. The decision to proceed with or cancel  the order rests solely on you, the buyer.

Should you wish to for us to proceed, we will process your order. Promptly after your product becomes available, we will ship your order to the address given. We will also notify you of the tracking info of your shipment via email.

Order Shipment

If your order is in stock we will process the charges to your credit card. Your order will be shipped within five business days of the date of your order.  We will send tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. Notification will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of placing your order, follow up with us at help@wheelchairsoasis.com  

Return & Refund Policy

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Goods accepted for return will be subject to a 35% handling/restocking charge and all transportation charges must be prepaid.

Refunds will be issued to the original credit card that was used when your order was placed.

For orders being returned for exchange in color, size, etc. the restocking fee will be reduced to 10%. Custom-made goods are not subject to return under any circumstances.

No returns will be accepted after fourteen (14) calendar days from the invoice date and shipped back within 30 days shipped freight prepaid.

The Return Merchandise Authorization number (R.M.A) must be marked on the outside of the box and shipped back to the address which will be provided. All freight charges including the 1st way from supplier’s warehouse to the customer will not be credited or refunded.
