Drive Medical Return Policy

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging.
  • RMA Required: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. You must call (877) 224-0946 or email to obtain an RMA.
  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns.
  • Damaged Items: Damages must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Many hygiene and personal care items (like bath safety items) may not be returnable once opened. 

How to Initiate a Return
Contact the Drive Medical returns department at (877) 224-0946 or email them with your purchase order, model, serial number, and reason for return to receive an RMA number.
