Return & Refund Policy
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. By completing a purchase on wheelchairsoasis.com, you agree to the terms outlined below. Wheelchairs Oasis LLC reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
1. All Sales Are Final on Select Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Custom-made or custom-configured products
- Special order items
- Items that have been assembled, used, or altered
- Hygiene-sensitive products (cushions, commodes, bath safety items) once opened
- Assembly fees and service charges
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, ALL of the following conditions must be met:
- Return is initiated within 14 calendar days of the invoice date
- Item is shipped back within 30 days of the invoice date
- Item is in brand new, unused, unassembled condition
- Item is in original, undamaged packaging with all accessories, manuals, and parts included
- A valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) has been issued by Wheelchairs Oasis LLC
- Return shipping is prepaid by the customer
Failure to meet any of the above conditions will result in the return being refused and shipped back at the sender's expense.
3. Restocking Fees
All approved returns are subject to a restocking fee as follows:
- Standard restocking fee: 35% of the original purchase price
- Color/size exchanges: 20% of the original purchase price
- Restocking fees are non-negotiable and will be deducted from your refund
Restocking fees vary by supplier. The applicable fee will be confirmed at the time your RMA# is issued. Refer to your brand-specific policy for exact terms.
4. Cancellations
- Orders cancelled within 48 hours of placement: subject to a $40 administration fee
- Orders cancelled after 48 hours: subject to a $40 administration fee plus any actual shipping costs already incurred
- Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process
- Refused deliveries will be treated as returns and subject to all applicable fees including return freight charges both ways
5. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#)
No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA#.

- The RMA# must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package
- RMA#s are valid for 30 days from date of issue
- Returns received without an RMA# or after RMA# expiration will be refused and returned at the shipper's expense
6. Shipping Charges
- All original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Items shipped with "free shipping" will have the actual outbound shipping cost deducted from the refund
- Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer and must be prepaid
- Wheelchairs Oasis LLC is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit — we strongly recommend insured, trackable shipping
- Freight/LTL shipments must be inspected at delivery. Any damage must be noted on the delivery receipt at time of delivery. Failure to do so forfeits any damage claim.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
- Inspect all deliveries immediately upon receipt
- Any visible damage must be noted on the carrier's delivery receipt at the time of delivery
- Report damaged or defective items to us within 48 hours of delivery at help@wheelchairsoasis.com with photos
- Failure to report within 48 hours may result in denial of the damage claim
- Wheelchairs Oasis LLC will work with the supplier and carrier to resolve legitimate damage claims
8. Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected
- Wheelchairs Oasis LLC reserves the right to deny a refund if the returned item does not meet return eligibility conditions
- Partial refunds may be issued for items returned in less than original condition
9. Brand-Specific Return Policies
Many of our suppliers maintain their own return policies which govern returns for their products. In cases of conflict, the supplier's policy takes precedence. Please review the applicable brand policy before initiating a return:

10. Limitation of Liability
Wheelchairs Oasis LLC's liability is limited solely to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use any product purchased from our store.
11. Governing Law
This policy and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
