Shipping Policy
At Wheelchairs Oasis LLC, we are committed to delivering your mobility equipment safely, efficiently, and at the best possible value. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Confirmation As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This means we have received your order and pre-authorized your credit card. We then contact our suppliers to confirm availability for immediate shipment.
If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you promptly. If the item becomes available within 5 business days, we will process the charge and submit your order for shipment.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of placement.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
- You will receive tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse.
- If you have not received tracking within 6 business days, contact us at help@wheelchairsoasis.com.
3. Shipping Methods & Carriers We ship via trusted national carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS for standard parcel items. Heavy or oversized items (wheelchairs, scooters, medical beds) may ship via freight/LTL carriers.
- Standard Parcel: Accessories, cushions, and small items
- Freight/LTL: Wheelchairs, power scooters, bariatric equipment, and other large mobility devices
Carrier selection is at our discretion based on item size, weight, and destination.
4. Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on item weight, dimensions, and delivery location. Many of our products qualify for free shipping within the contiguous United States.
- Free shipping applies to most standard and heavy mobility equipment shipped within the contiguous 48 states.
- Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international destinations may incur additional freight charges. Contact us for a quote before ordering.
5. Delivery Timeframes
- Standard parcel items: 5–10 business days after shipment
- Freight/LTL items: 7–14 business days after shipment
- Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to carrier issues, weather, or high demand are outside our control.
6. Freight Deliveries — Important Large items shipped via freight require special handling at delivery:
- Freight deliveries are curbside only unless a liftgate or inside delivery upgrade is arranged in advance.
- Inspect your shipment before signing. Note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
- Failure to note damage at delivery forfeits your right to file a damage claim.
- Report any damage to us within 48 hours of delivery at help@wheelchairsoasis.com with photos.
7. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier's website. For assistance, contact us at help@wheelchairsoasis.com or call (888) 232-4814, Weekdays 9am–5pm ET.
8. Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Wheelchairs Oasis is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address correction fees charged by carriers will be passed on to the customer.
9. Undeliverable & Refused Shipments If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable or is refused without authorization, the customer will be responsible for:
- Original outbound shipping costs
- Return freight charges
- Any applicable restocking fees (see our Return & Refund Policy)
10. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to the contiguous United States only for standard orders.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for large or freight items.
- International shipping is not available at this time.
