Return & Refund Policy
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as cushions, commodes, and opened medical accessories are non-returnable.
Cancellations Orders cancelled within 48 hours of placement are eligible for a full refund. Orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, regardless of whether the order has shipped. If your order has already shipped, you (the buyer) are also responsible for actual return shipping charges.
Restocking Fee All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Wheelchairs Oasis is not responsible for items lost in transit during return.
Freight & Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged, you must note the damage with the carrier at the time of delivery and contact us within 48 hours at wheelchairsoasis@gmail.com with photos of the damage.
Refunds Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used at the time of purchase within 5-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Warranty Many of our products include manufacturer warranties. Please refer to the product documentation or contact us for warranty claims.
