Karman Healthcare Return Policy

Karman Healthcare’s return policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction while protecting the company’s rights. Here are the key points to know:

Eligibility & Timeframes

  • If you purchased directly from Karman Healthcare, Inc., you have 14 days from receipt to request a return.

  • Once approved, you have up to 30 days from the ship date to return the product. If you bought from a local provider or online dealer, contact that dealer directly — Karman cannot issue refunds for purchases through them.

Returnable Items

  • Standard weight wheelchairs (durable, for occasional use, about 3 hours/day or less).

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt and shipped freight prepaid.

Non‑Returnable Items

  • Purchased more than 30 days from the ship date.

  • Configured, custom, or special‑order items.

  • Damaged, altered, or non‑original packaging.

  • Items in unsellable condition (broken, used, or damaged).

  • Returns prohibited by state law (subject to Karman Regulatory Affairs approval).

  • Seating components not in original sealed plastic bags.

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)

  • You must obtain an RMA number from Karman before returning any item.

  • The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return box.

  • Issuing an RMA does not guarantee credit — credit is only issued after Karman receives and approves the returned product.

  • Requests must be made within 14 days of the invoice date.

Damaged, Incomplete, or Incorrect Shipments

  • Notify Karman within 2 business days of delivery.

  • Count items, note damage/shortage on the Bill of Lading, have the driver countersign, and keep the product in its original carton for inspection Karman Wheelchair+1.

  • Claims made after 2 business days may not qualify for replacement or credit.

Incorrect Product

  • Contact Karman within 2 business days of receipt.

  • They will issue an RMA and cover return shipping costs.

Fees

  • 10% restocking fee applies.

  • All return shipping costs are deducted from the refund.
