⚠️ Important: McKesson products must be returned within 2 business days of receipt. This is stricter than our standard return window. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

General Policy

Non-refrigerated products in "merchantable condition" can be returned within two business days of receipt. Merchantable condition means the product can be resold without special preparation, testing, handling, or expense.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Refrigerated products
  • Used or opened items
  • Short-dated or outdated products
  • Special order items
  • Controlled substances

Credit Amount

Credit for authorized returns is issued upon receipt and verification of return eligibility.
