ONE YEAR WARRANTY SERVICE CONTRACT

Terms of Coverage:

• This contract will cover labor for warranty items on Shoprider products only. (Please refer to warranty policy or call Shoprider for warranty coverage).
• This service contract period begins on the original date the product was issued to the consumer from an authorized provider and is valid for 1 year. (Plus 1month for capped rental items).
• The service contract can only be purchased at the time of initial product purchase from Shoprider Mobility Products, Inc. Service contracts cannot be added at a later date.
• Labor coverage is only for in-warranty items that require repair. Service contract will not cover any damages resulting from any abuse, misuse, unauthorized repairs, negligence, accidents and will be voided if any types of modifications were performed on the product.
• The service contract only covers one unit per contract with a specific serial number.
• This service contract is applicable only to the consumer as an original purchaser of the product from an authorized Shoprider provider and shall not apply to any subsequent consumer, purchaser, assignee or other recipient of the product.
• This warranty only covers new products. Reconditioned products are excluded.
• Normal wear and tear items will not be covered for service contract coverage.
• This contract cover parts failure for products during normal use. Shoprider Mobility Products, Inc. reserves the right to determine if the cause of failure was due to abuse or negligence.
• Shoprider Mobility Products, Inc. reserves the right either to replace or repair in-warrantee items at their discretion.
