WHEELCHAIRS OASIS — SHIPPING POLICY

Order Confirmation As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means we have received your order and pre-authorized your credit card. We will immediately reach out to our suppliers to confirm stock and availability.

Shipping Rates

• Small Items & Accessories: Standard shipping starting at $9.95 (3–4 business days). FREE shipping on orders over $50.
• Wheelchairs & Mobility Equipment: Freight delivery rates vary by product weight and destination ($60–$800). Delivery time varies by location.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and items ordered.

Order Shipment In-stock orders are processed within 5 business days. Tracking information will be sent within 24 hours of dispatch to the email provided at checkout. If you do not receive tracking within 6 business days, contact us at orders@wheelchairsoasis.com.

Damages Inspect packaging upon arrival. If damaged, note it with the carrier at delivery and send photos to returns@wheelchairsoasis.com within 48 hours.

Cancellations & Refunds Orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee. If shipped, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
