Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. This means that we received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Thereafter, we reach out to our suppliers to confirm the availability of your order for immediate shipment to your door.   

If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and inform you of that. If your items will become available within (5) business days, we will process the charges and submit your order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock we will process the charges to your credit card. Your order will be shipped within five business days of the date of your order.  We will send tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. Notification will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of placing your order, follow up with us at help@wheelchairsoasis.com 

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, please make note of it when signing for receipt of item delivery.  If your item(s) arrives damaged, please send us photos of the damage to returns@wheelchairsoasis.com. We will process an insurance claim on your behalf.  

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has been shipped, you will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. 

Return & Refund Policy

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Goods accepted for return will be subject to a 15% handling/restocking charge and all transportation charges must be prepaid.

For orders being returned for exchange in color, size, etc. the restocking fee will be reduced to 10%. Custom-made goods are not subject to return under any circumstances. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that was used when your order was placed.

In no case are goods to be returned without first obtaining an R.M.A number (Returned Merchandise Authorization). A Return authorization must be obtained in advance. No return of any kind will be accepted after fourteen (14) calendar days from the invoice date and shipped back within 30 days shipped freight prepaid.

Return authorization number must be marked on the outside of the box and shipped back to the address which will be provided. All freight charges including the 1st way from supplier’s warehouse to the customer will not be credited or refunded.

Should you find that our website, wheelchairsoasis.com, carries a lower price for the same Name Brand  product that you purchased elsewhere at a higher price, please inform us. Providing all 'Price Match Guarantee' conditions have been met, we will refund the price difference between our lower price and the higher price you paid initially. Wheelchairsoasis.com will not be undersold.

To request your price difference refund simply e-mail us the link of the product purchased elsewhere. 

Our 100% Price Guarantee has some limitations:

• You must purchase the item from wheelchairsoasis.com before our Price Match Guarantee can be put into effect
• Promotions such as rebates and buy one, get one free offers are not eligible
• The item must be in stock on the competitor's website
• The competitor must be an online store, they may not have a retail location
• The website cannot be a discounter or auction website (ie: eBay, overstock.com, etc.)
• The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer of the Name Brand product in question
• The Price Match Guarantee includes the item price and the shipping charges, it excludes sales tax.
