 Return & Refund Policy

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your lightweight bariatric wheelchair order has shipped, you will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Goods accepted for return will be subject to a 15% handling/restocking charge and all transportation charges must be prepaid.

For orders being returned for exchange in color, size, etc. the restocking fee will be reduced to 10%. Custom-made goods are not subject to return under any circumstances. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that was used when your order was placed.

No goods are to be returned without first obtaining a Returned Merchandise Authorization (R.M.A) number. Returns are not accepted after (14) calendar days from the invoice date and shipped back freight paid within 30 days.

Return authorization number must be marked on the outside of the box and shipped to the address which will be provided. All freight charges including the 1st way from supplier’s warehouse to the customer will not be credited or refunded.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your Bariatric Wheelchair order, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. This means that we received your Lightweight Bariatric Wheelchair order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Thereafter, we reach out to our suppliers to confirm the availability of your order for immediate shipment to your door.   

If your lightweight bariatric wheelchair is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and inform you of that. If your Bariatric Wheelchair will become available within (5) business days, we will process the charges and submit your lightweight bariatric wheelchair order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your lightweight bariatric wheelchair is in stock we will process the charges to your credit card. Your bariatric wheelchair order will be shipped within five business days of the date of your order.  We will send tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. Notification will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of placing your order, follow up with us at help@wheelchairsoasis.com 

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item when it arrives. Make note of damage on item delivery receipt. Take photos of the damage. Send info to returns@wheelchairsoasis.com. We will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
