Shipping Policy
The shipment of your Afikim Afiscooter S Wide Seat - ASBR WILL generate shipping charges. Method of shipment will be individually contracted for via the most professional, reliable and cost-effective land transport means available. Shipping costs will be calculated and presented for purchaser's review & acceptance prior to the placement of order.
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. This means that we received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Thereafter, we reach out to our suppliers to confirm the availability of your order for immediate shipment to your door.
If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and inform you of that. If your items will become available within (5) business days, we will process the charges and submit your order for shipment. If it takes any longer, we will inform you via email. The decision to proceed with or cancel the order rests solely on you, the buyer.
Should you wish to for us to proceed, we will process your order. Promptly after your product becomes available, we will ship your order to the address given. We will also notify you of the tracking info of your shipment via email.
Order Shipment
If your order is in stock we will process the charges to your credit card. Your order will be shipped within five business days of the date of your order. We will send tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. Notification will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of placing your order, follow up with us at help@wheelchairsoasis.com
Returns
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Policy
RMA Process
As a manufacturer, returns are not accepted. A Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) may be considered under special circumstances. Please fill in the RMA application form. You MUST obtain an RMA number before returning your product to Afikim. Confirmation of the RMA by Afikim Electric Vehicles will be made by mail or fax.
Restocking Fee
As a manufacturer we do not take returns unless the scooter is: in the original unopened packaging, totally new and never used. Restock Fee is 25%.
Defective item process
Afikim Electric Vehicles strives continuously to supply its products in a perfect condition. Each scooter is tested and approved before shipment. However, if a failure occurs, please call our customer service number: 1-844-313-7116 or mail to: support@afiscooters.com, explaining the problem and attaching a photo(s) (if possible). Afikim will send repair parts or replace the scooter at its own discretion. Parts/scooter are usually sent within 5-7 business days, when in stock, and 10-14 working days when out of stock. If a part or a replacement scooter in not in stock, an order cancellation may be offered by Afikim.
